Mike learned electron microscopy at the University of Cambridge in what is now the Cambridge Advanced Imaging Centre. Since 1987 he has held technical sales, sales management and marketing roles at Polaron/Bio-rad, Thermo VG, Pyser-SGI and Quorum Technologies, where he had responsibility for their cryo-SEM systems. Since 2017 Mike has managed the EM division for Labtech International.
